I wrote this trumpet duet inspired by the Me Too reckoning that the brass world has gone through over the past few years. The piece was premiered in Japan at the 2024 International Women's Brass Conference. In this groovy yet festive fanfare, you can hear quotes of famous empowering anthems including "I"m a Survivor" and "I am Woman Hear me Roar."
